About TimberworX

Built on trust. Shaped by thoughtful construction.

We created TimberworX Construction Group to bring design clarity, premium execution, and steady communication into one relationship. We believe great work should feel as considered behind the scenes as it does once the space is complete.

01 Woman-owned leadership grounded in advocacy, detail, and long-view decision making.
02 Design-build thinking that keeps planning, pricing, and execution aligned from the start.
03 Residential and commercial work led with the same level of care, rigor, and finish quality.
People-First Leadership Relationships matter as much as results, and both are treated with care.
Integrated Process Design, planning, and construction are guided in one continuous rhythm.
Regional Perspective Materials, climate, and lifestyle are considered through a Pacific Northwest lens.
Finish-Driven Standards Every milestone is shaped by craftsmanship, coordination, and accountability.

Design-minded construction with a calm, capable approach.

We built TimberworX to close the gap between beautiful ideas and practical execution. Too often, clients are left translating between designers, trades, and contractors. We created a different model: one team, one process, and one standard for how the work should feel from first meeting to final walkthrough.

That means listening carefully, planning thoroughly, and communicating in a way that keeps momentum strong without creating confusion. We want every client to feel supported by a team that notices details, protects the vision, and respects the investment behind the work.

Whether the project is a high-touch remodel, a custom residence, or a commercial transformation, our goal stays consistent: create spaces with warmth, utility, and lasting presence.

Craftsmanship Premium materials and disciplined execution guide every phase of the build.
Transparency Clear expectations, honest communication, and visible next steps at every stage.
Partnership Collaboration is built into the process so clients feel informed, not sidelined.
Longevity We focus on decisions that will still feel right long after handoff day.

Intentional planning creates calmer builds and stronger outcomes.

Our team values preparation as much as production. By aligning scope, materials, budget, and communication early, we reduce friction later and create room for quality decisions throughout the build.

Thoughtful Preconstruction

We invest time up front to understand goals, site conditions, selections, and priorities before the project accelerates.

Less ambiguity. Better decision making.
Steady Communication

Clients stay close to the process through organized updates, visible milestones, and conversations that remain grounded and practical.

Confidence comes from clarity.
Respect for Craft

We care about proportion, materiality, sequencing, and the small finish moments that make a project feel complete.

Quality should be felt in every room.
Long-Term Partnership

Our relationship with clients does not end at punch list. We aim to leave every handoff feeling supported and durable.

Trust is built over the whole arc of the project.

Danielle Rank

Co-owner, Design Specialist

Danielle is the design lead and co-owner of TimberworX, and the driving force behind the firm’s woman-owned identity. She brings a close eye for space, material, and finish to every project — guiding clients from early concept through final selections with the kind of clarity that makes complex decisions feel manageable.

Her approach is rooted in listening first. Clients consistently describe her as someone who takes their vision seriously, asks the right questions, and translates ideas into plans that are both beautiful and buildable. That quality — design thinking that stays honest about budget and execution — is central to how TimberworX works.

Justin Rank

Co-owner, Chief Operating Officer

Justin brings over two decades of industry experience to his role as Co-owner and Chief Operating Officer of TimberworX. His career spans architectural millwork, timber products, and materials procurement — including time at ISEC Inc., a national leader in custom architectural woodwork — giving him a hands-on understanding of how quality is built from the ground up, not just managed from an office.

That foundation shapes how Justin approaches every project: with a close eye on material quality, a structured process, and the communication standards that keep clients, trades, and timelines aligned. He oversees operations, trade coordination, and client relationships, making sure what gets planned is what gets built.

Dmytro Kruhlytskyi

Superintendent

Dmytro — known on site as Dima — is TimberworX’s Superintendent and the person responsible for making sure every project runs well in the field. He oversees day-to-day site operations, manages trade coordination, and holds the build to the quality standards the company is known for.

His role is the connective tissue between what gets planned and what gets built. When timelines need to move, problems need to be solved, or finishes need to be right, Dima is the one on the ground making it happen. Clients who have worked through a TimberworX build often point to his crew specifically as a reason the experience felt so well managed.

Belle Bontilao

Executive Virtual Assistant

Belle keeps TimberworX running behind the scenes. As Executive Virtual Assistant, she manages the coordination, communication, and administrative systems that allow Danielle and Justin to stay focused on clients and projects. From scheduling and correspondence to document management and follow-through, Belle brings the kind of organized, detail-oriented support that keeps a busy construction operation on track.
